Anjali moved to the UK from Delhi 17 years ago with her husband, both working in the IT industry.

Initially living in Manchester and London, they ultimately settled in Bournemouth, seeking peace and natural beauty. Arriving pregnant with her first child, she was initially excited but soon felt isolated, especially after giving birth via emergency C-section and later learning her daughter had learning difficulties. The lack of awareness about autism and special needs both in India and within her own extended family intensified her struggle. Over time, she adjusted to British life, embracing elements of both cultures. Anjali believes in respecting and adopting aspects of British culture while proudly sharing her Indian heritage.
